Dana Burton was called to birth work at the inquisitive age of 13 when she first witnessed her first birth. Dana was absolutely fascinated by the innate strength and sacred space of birth that she knew that it would be a part of her life's work. Fast forward to 2013, Dana gave birth to her beautiful daughter, Katalina, on her own birthday. After witnessing and experiencing the gap of care for BIPOC, she made it her mission to gain the knowledge for supporting all women and birthing people through evidence-based and holistic education. Dana is known for being a "dancing doula" as she brings her love and delight for dance as a salsa and belly dancer into her interactive teaching style.
