With her expansive knowledge of baby and parenting topics, Rebecca Mills encourages and supports families as they discover and implement their own unique parenting style. She excels at providing evidence-based information and unbiased support to all types of families, with a foundation of empathy and compassion. Rebecca's clients value her warm presence and calm support, calling her services invaluable, reassuring, and a wonderful resource.
Rebecca learned first-hand the importance of having a strong support network when she had twin boys just 26 months after the birth of her first son. Mothering her 3 young sons ignited Rebecca’s passion to provide unbiased support to all families. She began her professional Postpartum Doula career in January 2015 and has since added Newborn Care Specialist, certified Child Passenger Safety Technician, and Certified Lactation Counselor to her qualifications.
Rebecca also holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from The University of Ole Miss. She previously served three years on the board of her MOMS Club chapter, an international nonprofit service organization for at-home mothers, which allowed her to connect other mothers with a support network that gives back to their community. Rebecca lives in the Nashville suburb of Hendersonville with her husband Chris, 13 year old son Nicholas, and 11 year old identical twin sons Alexander and Matthew.
