Birth & Postpartum Doula
BIO
I grew up in France where I earned a Master’s degree in Food Science and a Master’s degree in Health & Nutrition. I worked several years in the medical research field before moving to Nashville in 2018 with my husband, daughter, and cat.
My passion for perinatal care, birth and parenthood began while I was expecting my 1st child but it was after my move to the United States and the birth of my 2nd child that I decided to turn this passion into a full-time job. I attended my birth and postpartum doula trainings with DONA International before beginning to serve families.
My main focus is to help my clients navigate through this period of great vulnerability and adjustments and help them have the best start possible as a family. I foster self-confidence and empower parents through education and evidence-based information.
I had always lived in a multicultural environment and love cultivate differences which drives me to tailor my support to the family’s style and needs, always respectfully and non-judgmentally.
Outside of doula work, I enjoy cooking tasty and nutritious meals for my family, reading, listening to music and podcasts, or spending time with friends. I also like hiking with my family, traveling and exploring my new country that is America.
