Birth & Postpartum Doula

BIO

I love helping families feel seen, supported, and truly understood during Labor and the early days of parenthood. I believe every family is unique, and my approach reflects that. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to birth, babies, and postpartum healing. I take the time to get to know each family—their rhythms, values, and goals—so that the support I provide feels truly aligned with what you need. Whether we’re building gentle routines, caring for your newborn overnight, or just creating space for you to rest and breathe, my role is to be a calm, professional, and dependable teammate on your journey.

My journey into postpartum work began over three years ago while working in a daycare. I found myself drawn to the connections I built with parents—offering reassurance, sharing tips, and helping them navigate the ups and downs of early parenting. These experiences inspired me to step into more personalized, one-on-one care, and I’ve never looked back. After having my daughter, my desire to work as a birth doula grew stronger. During a knee surgery recovery in fall of 2025, I decided to expand my education and became pre certified as a birth doula.

When I'm not working, I am a SAHM to my daughter and spend my days gardening, crocheting, and reading when I can.
